All non-consumable items can be returned. Consumable items may only be returned if they have not been removed from the packaging.

Consumable products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable if they have been removed from the packaging.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Items to be returned or exchanged MUST include the delivery note, original packaging and all contents in brand new condition. ISOWANT will not accept worn goods for return or exchange.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return or exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or initiate the exchange process.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item if it is found that the user had ordered from ISOWANT incorrectly. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
